dreaming the impossible

Its definitely been a crazy week. Managed to cramp LPT, Field Trip report, and the main opening of Next Degree all into 5 days. :D  It was extremely time consuming, but hey! It was worth it. :) I feel very accomplished. (Other than the fact that my Science is stalling, yea.)

The coming weekend and week is gonna be packed too. Need to catch up on my Science so I can take test on the 31st. Memory verse needs to be memorized. Last LPT next Wednesday, crazzzyyyy. :\ I've done 34 LPTs so far, so I feel pretty happy. You should feel happy for me too. I'm closer to graduation and college. Wheee.

I also have a job for this weekend. RM 15/hr. You should be jealous. My sister is at least. Cause she only gets like what, RM6 per hour. Hoho. :D Graphic designing for Panasonic's website.

Field Trip report was definitely an experience I shall never forget. Yesterday, I stayed all the way back to 5.30pm finalizing the report and presentation. Bee and I are so fit after walking everywhere. :P Although there were a few factors, I think we did pretty good.

OMG. You wanna know what smart thing I did. Well, us team leaders had to pick slips of paper to see who would go first for presentation. Guess what genius number I picked? #1 (hjdshbbjikdhcdjskbjh!!)

But thankyou's to my wonderful team who put hard effort into it. :)

You know, it's just so amazing how God makes some person intervenes into your life at the most random odd moments when you're feeling all out of sorts, but woah! It makes your day. :)

Let me elaborate. So, yesterday I'm sitting in front of my computer doing the last touches of the powerpoint. I'm all stressed and everything when... a popup comes up and says, "Matthew Tan says: ....."

WOW. :D Its so surprising that he would actually start an MSN conversation with me. Haha. Not like we don't talk, its just that. Yea. He doesn't start conversations. ;)

Anyway, on Wednesday, I attended a prayer meeting at Grace. Worship led. It was a very small group, but that doesn't matter. It was awesomee. :)

Pretty girly-girls who are amazing. :)

Today's Next Degree went pretty well. A good turnout from other schools. Plenty of jokes. Sarah, Saph, and Yunnie were laughing like craazzyyy. HAHA. I really liked the song at the end. :)

Well that was basically my week. Just on a random note, I'm so freaking glad for people God has put into my life. I've always wanted my very own blood related older brother (what girl does not want that?!) but if I have Jon, Matthew, and Joel - I'm perfectly content. I love you guys. :) Thank you, Jon, for always being there when I needed a shoulder to cry on, literally. I hope you'll be a great influence in college as well. Thank you, Matthew, for always distressing me by your weird comments. And thank you, Jojo, for being you. Haha. You are awesomeee. :D

I miss Zoe. D: And Grace, and Melissa. Becka and Jackie too. Its so hard to accept the fact that people go, but its true. And I'll have to move on with life eventually and leave my bunch of friends. Its sad, but that's reality.

And I love life, don't you? :)

Taylor Swift Today was a Fairytale

in my weakness, your strength.

I fail at updating my blog, I know.

You wanna know why? Cause every freaking time I start typing in the box thingy, I lose all ideas on what to write about. And then, I give up. And then, yeaa. End of blogging session for the day.

Plus, every time I try to update my blog, I continuously press the Preview button. Its like so rad cause I get to preview my amazing post. And then it says, "Rate this". So I give my post a 5 star rating and it goes, "Thank you". "Aww, you are very very welcome." :D

So, I - being very clueless about what to blog about - asked Joel what I should blog about. And he said, "Blog about how awesome you are." Ohmygosh, you don't get a complement like that from Joel everyday. :D However, it would be absolutely boring if you read a blog post saying "I am awesome" continuously or whatever nonsense like "Hazel is awesome". Which is what you find on Joel's blog. ;) Except his blog obviously says "Joel is awesome" instead of "Hazel is awesome". HAHA. I shall not blog about that for obvious reasons. One reason is that guys are SO perasan and I don't want to be like them, so yeaa.

On a very random note, Lady Antebellum songs are really nice. And I have an obsession with blue and green eyes. Hee.

I am totally straying, I know. =.=

Anyway, the one week holiday is pretty much over. I just have a few more hours to enjoys, but BOO. I sit here on my chair in crazy pain from a stomach that doesn't give a break every single month - very faithfully. Plus, I have like 3 Self Tests to complete that I will do when.... well yea, when I get to them. Its very easy to procrastinate as such times.

My one week holiday was pretty much filled with work for 3 days, and 2 days of fun. So I guess it was pretty evenly spread out and I spent my time well. :)

To school and then OU. :) Sister just bought a flat iron, I definitely will use it often. Used it on that day, my hair was gorgeous. To me - I don't care what you think. :P Arrived at school around 10ish, with an empty stomach. So we went to 7-11 and indulged in Hot Cups and Foam Porridge. Not me, Saph. It seriously looks like the rice is made out of foam. =__= Headed back to school since I insisted that my Science test be done and over with. After that I had a private conversation with Uncle Kevin and then we headed to OU.

#1 fact, I suck at bowling. I think if we had bumpers it would of helped a lot. HAHA. And if there were balls that were way lighter.. yea that would help too.
#2 fact, girls are sometimes and quite often more manly than guys. :P I mean, common! They were scared of these spiders that were on the SCREEN. For goodness sake, they aren't even real.
#3 fact, guys are lifeless. They spent like 2 hours in the arcade while us AWESOME girls exercised some walking all over OU shopping. :)

Family outing to the lake at the foothill of Fraser's. :) It was so nice and windy. Did some Math and took plenty of pictures. Picnic lunch. :) Then went to the waterfall nearby and my sister climbed all the way to the top while I sat in the sun taking pictures of the huge amount of butterflies. :D

Went to Ry's for dinner. A family of 7 sure is big. Played Skip Bo. :D I won for both rounds. Hoho.

On Wednesday, I'll be worship leading for the GRC worship slot at Grace Assembly's prayer. I'm mentally worn out from all the work and stress and everything. Yesterday I practically took the entire day on my Math LPT. Life is exhausting. I feel like I can't do this. However, I feel like God wants me to do it.

Well, for confirmation I stumbled upon this verse at Bible Study in church this morning. 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." No, I can't do this alone. But with Christ, in my weakness, I can succeed, because of his strength. How Great Is MY God. :)

Indeed, what do I know of holy. I have no idea of the dimensions of holy that Jesus possesses. I am sure I don't fear Him as much as I should. His holiness by far extends the amount of 'holy' any goody little christian tries to fulfill. We as humans could never define holy.

This world is so shallow. We center our lives, conversations, thoughts around the most meaningless things. What does it matter? We compromise with ourselves that we are 'holier' or better than she or he. Why don't we compare it to Christ? Compared to Him, I reach no where near 1 in the scale of 10.

Who am I compared to Him?
What is my level of 'holiness' compared to Yours?
What are my good deeds compared to what You've done?

#o1. Currently munching a Slim Jim, zomg! SO GOOD.

#o2. These days I've been getting fatter and fatter due to the extreme amounts of candy I have consumed. :D I think that's a positive thing, since I'm SO darn skinny. Laffy Taffy, Airheads, Jelly Beans, Beef Jerky. TWIZZLERS.

#o3. Today I took History 1003 LPT. It was said to be a very hard test according to my sister and Kathryn. The book was hard! So much information all cramped into 4 sections. Well, anyway! I GOT 96%! SO HAPPY.

#o4. Tomorrow I have an Art LPT. I hate Art LPTs. They're so hard. This one is about calligraphy. Calligraphy is the art of creating beautiful letterings. =___=

#o5. I need to get another piece of the giant Slim Jim.

#o7. Did I mention that I'm gonna be SO busy for this year? Its my last year in GRC so I definitely want to be in the Camp committee for this year. Plus, DOE, Sports Day, Next Degree - we want to start Bible studies too! :O

HAHA. Definitely the joke of the day. But then, I pointed out, at least both of us know what chicken is in Malay. ;)

Today was torturous. Why? I lost my voice for like, half of the day. Really pathetic. I was like whispering or talking really softly. Then at lunch time, it miraculously came back. Due to my delicious pork soup! :)

I'm really behind in my Math and H&G. Because I skipped school on Tuesday and there was field trip on Thursday. So yeaa. D:

That reminds me, Lyd came back. Plenty of candy. Laffy Taffy, Airheads, Beef Jerky, Twizzlers, Sour Patch Kids, Oreos, Stonewall Kitchen - the list continues. :D She got me construction paper, multicolored Sharpees, and Elmer's glue. :) And I have my ID braclet back, all shinny. Oh, and a handmade quilt. :D :D :D

Field trip was breath-taking, eye-opening, very interesting.. NOT.

dolphins and toothpaste

One word - adorable. :)

Well, there was this father of the two German girls who were swimming with me and he had this awesome lens on his Nikon DSLR so taadaa. Awesome pictures. He was so kind to take pictures of me. :) Click on the picture to view the whole album.

Sarah's party was hip. We swam - I didn't get pushed in at all this time (greatest accomplishment) - talked, whispered, ate, laughed .. you know, the whole package that comes with parties. Saw Matthew after the longest time, he was really quiet - Paullyn and I concluded that he has reached the stage of maturity. WOW. ;)

After everyone left at around 11 (except the awesome three - Saph, Esther, and I) we headed upstairs to watch movies. Come What May and Fame. With Esther's commentaries like every 5 minutes. Haha. By the time we finished Come What May it was around 1am. Josh called due to his lack of sleep, we took turns talking to him, and then diddle daddled while Esther's drink was cleaned up (it spilled on the floor) and the laptop was set up in Sarah's room for the next movie. We didn't even get to finish Fame because the computer shut down on us and we didn't have the password to log on again. =__= (Sue's lappy) After trying to hack in and talking for a bit longer, we finally went to sleep at 4am. Record time. :)

Since there was no guys sleeping over this time, no one to prank. D: Sarah and Saph conspired against Esther and I. SO MEAN. D: It was a failure cause at around 7 they were making so much noise walking around, both Esther and I woke up. I looked up and it was like, Sarah and Saph with the toothpaste. HAHA, too bad for them. We then went back to sleep for about an hour and before Esther and I knew it - splat! and there's toothpaste on our faces. O.O

Today in school, I had a very difficult day. Surprisingly I was really patient, didn't get pissed or stressed out. Math took me like 3 hours of scoring and rescoring. =__= Wrote History notes while the noise level increased and INCREASED. As I said, it was surprising I didn't blow up. All the guys near my table almost got it from me.

In about 4 hours, I am not longer a 'part-time single child' anymore. Lyd is coming back. I don't think I actually missed her, I'm just looking forward to all the STUFF she bought me and all the stories. (ahem ahem!) Its going to be sad again, cause now I have to share the computer, the phone, ... yea.

I'll be skipping school tomorrow because (as ry phrases it) I have a predicted stomachache. :D HAHAH. Nice way of putting it. Apparently, there'll be a lot of things happening tomorrow. Worship team meeting, discovering your field trip groups, and survey. I'm really glad I'm missing the later, but the former - peoples, update me! :)

Well, I can't wait for March holidays cause I honestly think I deserve a break. Anyone want an outing? :)

Ho, but I plan to do 13 LPTs in the month of March. And Bee bee better catch up and finish 30 all in total else I'm so not talking to her. xD She didn't manage to do 10 last month - there are definitely consequences.

I'm off to do house chores, work, more work.. and then the airport. :)
